You don't need to know anything

If you've never meditated before — or if the word "sangha" means nothing to you — you are in exactly the right place. This community exists for beginners as much as for long-time practitioners.

A few things to be aware of before you arrive

No experience needed, at all. You don't need to be a meditator. You don't need to know anything about Buddhism or Plum Village. You just need to show up.

You won't be put on the spot. Sharing in the circle is always optional. You can simply sit, listen, and be present.

There is no right way to sit. Chairs are always available. Come as you are, wear what's comfortable.

You are genuinely, wholeheartedly welcome. Whatever your background, faith, age, or identity — this space is for you. LGBTQIA+ friends are welcomed with open arms.
